Couture Fashion Week

Event producer Andres Aquino presented the prestigious award to Mr. Khansa the evening of September 9 in front of an audience of international press and fashionistas excited. The presentation followed the project’s fashion show, which presented its latest collection of breathtaking couture designs done in opulent fabrics, with lavish decorations, each piece more dazzling than the last.Tani Keller of Germany was called Most Innovative Fashion Designer in recognition of his collection of high quality leather fashion for spring 2006 under the title Garden of Eden.Every piece was an original couture creation, a feast for the eyes.

The 3 days of the event showed the latest collections of a select group of international, as well as American designers, many presented in New York for the first time. For a number of designers for whom English is not their first language, the challenges included not only the frantic pace of putting on a fashion show, but also tackle the cultural differences and the use of interpreters. Once the trick was in place, hair tousled just so, gowns strung, and models lined up, the music began to pulse, the lights came up, and the first model strode the catwalk. Excitement built ascameras and began to choose the designers  creations emerged. Couture had
landed in New York with a sprinkling of many foreign countries.

Anna submitted by Latvia Heaven , weightless designs in natural fabrics woven by hand with an original technology. Embellished Swarovski and Kornelius precious stones, ostrich feathers, and fur and give a new dimension of luxury. Anna’s color palette is airy as the dawn in shades of gold, bronze, pink, blue and white. Shawls and capes craft completed a number of sets pretty feminine
